Cleaning Day

Today has been our lazy Saturday. First time this month, Stephen finally had his normal days off again and we have been enjoying it, once I started feeling better. Last night, on quatro de Mayo, we went to a Cinco De Mayo celebration. We were there for a couple hours before a storm started rolling in, so we got out of there. But on the way back home we stopped to answer a friend's call for help and ended up hangin out all night. Always a great time with those folks:) So, by the time we got home, the whole family was tired and we all slept in. Finally got up and around, after we played in our bed with the kids for a while and made breakfast. After breakfast, Lorelai went back down for a snooze and Stephen played with Finn while I got the majority of the house clean. Still got some to go. Ever since my 2nd c section I keep getting some lower back pain when I do a lot, so Im sitting and resting it for a bit. Still have our bedroom, kitchen and all the vacuuming to go. Tomorrow once Im done with the house will be a big laundry day. Cant believe how it piles up when I take a couple days off. Gotta say activities like this make me love our smart TV..been jamming to music on it all day, while I clean.
