Everyone has full bellies..and I still have cleaning to do, but this is a rare moment of the kids playing together and entertaining themselves. Last year for Christmas Finn got a train table..And I tell you its one of our best investments so far. They love playing with it! It started out in the living room, after a while he got so use to it that the newness wore off for a while..So I moved it to his room for a while..They both prefer playing in the living room and have a small area of toys in here. I tend to switch out whats in here, to keep it fresh and keep them out of stuff not so kid friendly. The train table mostly got forgotten about for a while. When he wakes in the morning he plays in his room a while but spend most of the day in the living room. Well this week there was a day of ridiculous fussiness on both their parts and we were in need of major distraction, so I found all things small that have wheels and pulled the table to the living room...What do ya know its like they've had a new toy this week! Plus I think he likes it more now that she plays with him. So Im sitting here, in the silence of my husband's reading and the kids banging train cars together, in a rare moment of no one needs me, and I like it!

My ultimate dream job would absolutely be a wedding planner. I wanna be My Fair Wedding level. Before the kids were born I had started doing some wedding services and I loved it! Yes, sometimes the brides were crazy difficult but for luckily I have that kind of patience! Honestly half the time it was the mom wanting to relive her wedding day through her daughter, that made problems,,haha! My interest started in college, when I worked in a florist in college. I really liked that job all around but my favorite part was when we had wedding orders. Creating them and then taking them and setting them up was so fun for me! The beauty I helped create in those days was just rewarding! When I moved to DFW and did my own wedding I was officially obsessed! It's just so much fun to make someone;s day beautiful like that! Then there is a whole nother addiction when you are directing everything and everyone that day. It's like leading a giant orchestra with the best kind of ending, sending this blissful couple into their future with an unforgettable day! Maybe when my children are older and I can have some life back while they are in school, I would consider my work in this again but for now, Im in another kind of dream job :)
